Max Detoxification
Binge drinking(bout once a week max,) & my health im a 17 yr old girl…?
I started drinking for the first time around a year ago and i used to be pretty bad and get quite drunk evry weekend but i try to stop a bit now, doing like once or twice a month. I only drink with my friends to get drunk..for the fun of it. but nowadays ive learned not to get completly smashed and i pretty much just stop at a very tipsy stage. Im not even sure if its considered binging. I take milk thistle tablets (aid in liver detoxification) and tryyy drink heaps of water on drunk nights… im also quite fit and eat healthy. I was wondering how much the alcohol will be effecting my health? my main worry is that it’ll make me stupid , i know it kills brain cells.. Is this actually the alcohol or the dehydration that alcohol causes? (i very rarely get headache hangovers the day after, normally its just a queasy stomach)
And please dont send me answers simply saying stop drinking, its stupid etcetera.. haha i already know that much..
