Is Arizona RX Energy drink a good source of vitamins as well as being generally helathy?
i noticed that per can there are 3 servings and that each serving contains 120 calories. thats 360 calories per can. sure it has all that other good stuff 25% vitamin a and 25% vitamin c but theres also 31g(per serving) of carbs. and 29g(per serving) of sugars. thats 87g of sugar and 93g of carbs. so is this in fact a healthy beverage? for follow up what would you reccomend to drink that is a cheap energy drink and contains all of the vital nutrients and supplements. (preferably those lovely 99cent arizonas)
